I was met at the Cairo Airport by George who accompanied my wife and I through passport control, baggage claim and into a van.

He saw that we were checked in at the Intercontinental Seramis Hotel and that our bags where in our room.

He was the most complete service person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made the start of our trip very pleasurable.

Kudos to Viator. Best be have ever had.

Jane from United Kingdom, August 23, 2012 at 12:59 PM On arrival we were updgared to a delightful suite, which had a pretty balcony overlooking the pool and the Garda Lake. We had booked for two nights, including our Silver Wedding anniversary, but we liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. Afternoon tea, served at the poolside, was an unexpected pleasure.
