I am so grateful that we booked these airport transfers rather than relying on cabs. We had a lovely driver who arrived early and whisked us safely to the airport in plenty of time to catch our flight.

No doubt, the most interesting tour in Prague. The guide did not present always the right facts about the things we saw, but on the other hand it was a new experience for most of the visitors.

Fantastic tour! It was only myself and the guide and she was fabulous. Her knowledge of both Prague and the Czech Rep. was amazing. She knew all the ‘ins and outs’ of Prague being able to answer all of my questions. Highly recommended.

Discover the impressive Bohemian Gothic Karlstejn Castle on a guided half day coach tour from Prague. Built in the 14th century by Charles IV, the Czech King and Roman Emperor, the castle was believed to hold the treasure of the Holy Roman Empire including the imperial coronation jewels.

The castle was then modified in the Renaissance style and re-built in the purism style between the 19th and 20th century.

We booked the trip to “Karlstejn Castle”, but unfortunately the castle was closed during the winter, so they took us to the Castle “Hrad Cesky Sternberg”, and I really loved it. It was really beautiful and thankfully the day before it was snowing as well which made it even more beautiful. So if you go during the winter months, I would recommend this castle to visit.

This tour is well worth it, but it was only 9.5 hours and would have only been 9 hours if someone hadn’t insisted on a later rendezvous time at the end of the day. The guide was very informative, but had to conduct the tour in both English & French, and it would have been better if it had just been English.
