Hotel Hana-Maui and Honua Spa is a hidden treasure off the beaten track on the eastern coast of Maui. Set in a lush tropical setting, the resort has an excellent spa, fine dining restaurants and provides the perfect chance to experience the stunning beauty and culture of the island.
The pace is wonderfully slow here as you follow nature’s clock. There are no televisions or radios to remind you of the outside world, just delightfully spacious suites or cottages, an infinity pool to laze in and the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks below.
The spa is definitely worth a visit with a lava rock whirlpool, steam and plunge pool and of course, some amazing treatments. For cultural activities take hula lessons, ukulele classes or lei making.
