There will be a short kayaking and paddling instruction and demonstration before getting into the water, so even those with little kayaking experience can enjoy this unforgettable river adventure!

Experience the thrill of steering yourself while you plunge down the light rapids in your 2-person sit on state-of-the-art kayak.

The well trained guides are on hand to lead you through the fun filled adventure. You will pause at times to enjoy the natural scenery while gliding down the scenic river! You have a few minutes to paddle your own way in your own time before your breathtaking entrance to the fishing village of Layou and the warm calm Caribbean Sea.

You will see the fishing boats pulled up ashore after the early morning fishing expedition, have an opportunity to swim in the Caribbean Sea where the river meets, truly an unforgettable experience!

A short paddle back up will take you to your exit point where a deserved and complimentary local rum punch and fresh fruit is served. Then sample local cuisine prepared for you by the local community.
