I was sceptical at first about purchasing this over the internet, After a quick call to Viator’s office and the exceptional service I received, I went ahead and purchased the package. The ease in purchasing the package and printing off my confirmation, made one less thing to worry about. The driver was at the airport to greet us, the 3 day transit pass was easy to use along with the tram and subway system. The meal at Furich Restaurant was enjoyable and a day on the Hop-on-Hop off bus was wonderful. What a beautiful city Vienna is. Unfortunately we never used the Cafe Central voucher as we were coffeed out. Thanks Viator for your service, I will use it again when next we venture. Dennis and Nancy

This was excellent. The concert hall was professional and designed for this type of serious music. It was also very well executed and sounded great. Toward the end the conductor engaged the audience and had us clapping to the music. It was professional, entertaining and fun but still high quality. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this.

The first tour starts in the morning and takes you on the Ringstraße Boulevard with its impressive historical buildings, through Heldenplatz and Volksgarten, to the Parliament, Rathaus and Burgtheater. The tour continues to St. Stephan’s Cathedral, then you pass the Albertina Museum before returning to the Vienna Opera.

The second tour starts in the afternoon at the meeting point again in front of the Vienna Opera, and shows you more wonderful places in Vienna. We missed the tour departure because we were waiting at the wrong corner of the Opera House….the corner Viator sent us to. One of the group walked all the way around the Opera House and was still unable to connect. Pedal Power advises that they have notified Viator of this problem previously. Fortunately, they were able to hook us up with their Segway tour and save the day. Go to the LEFT corner as you face the Opera House, not the right!

The actual concert was fantastic. The first half was exactly what we hoped for. The second half was very good-but more focused on the larger ensemble and less on the Vienna Boys’ Choir. The transportation was easy through Viator – the seats, while not spectacular, were in clear view of the Choir. What an experience!!

In a week we visited Vienna, we booked 4 day tours from Viator. This one was the best. Even on a rainny day, we, in our 50s, had as much fun as our teenage girl, all first time riding a Segway. It’s so easy to learn, no more than 10 minutes was enough to get on road. Just riding by itself is so much fun, and you get to see many Vienna attractions in couple of hours! The guide was great, not only showed us major tourist spots, but also took us to quieter places which we wouldn’t have found with longer stay. My daughter had two comments I’d want a Segway at home, and I wish other cities have Segway tours.
