The early morning wake-up call became worth it once we got to our take-off location and started to see the balloon come to life. It was my first time in a hot air balloon and I was surprised at how quiet it was up there. Sailing over the forests (I never knew they existed in Orlando!) and houses was an amazing experience. Finished the tour with a complimentary champagne breakfast. The guides were all very professional and friendly.

I LOVED IT!! There are not enough words to describe how great it was! The tour guide was great and you could tell that he really loves Miami and wanted us to love it too. He was full of great information and showed us the best parts of South Beach, Downtown and Coral Gables. He went out of his way to show us unique sights, like the oldest hotel in South Beach. We even went to Little Havana, to Domino Park, and had some Cuban coffee! Bayside was beautiful, but I didn’t have enough time there. I will have to go again myself. The cruise was good, but I did have to stand up to see some of the sights. The best part was the close up view of Fisher Island.

I thought this was a great tour. I think it showed us a lot of the things we wanted to see. The everglades part was obviously good. I can’t see how it can be done any differently really, and it was very enjoyable. The guide was funny, gave good information and made it a good time. And we got to hold a baby alligator! The tour part was interesting because it let you see different neighbourhoods around Miami, which i personally like because i like seeing the whole of a city when i go somewhere. It also stopped at different points as well. The boat tour was awesome, seeing all of the amazing houses belonging to celebrities and stars, etc. Again, the tour guides were really great, and the views were fantastic as well. It sounds like a long day, but each component seemed just long enough to me, and there were enough stops and pauses along the way to allow you get take a breath if you wanted. So overall, i think this was fantastic bang for your buck. It just hit on so many things.

Large, clean coach and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable driver who was happy to tell us different experiences at KSC. The company had a good selection of pickup and drop-off points and managed to get through them pretty quickly. Our wheelchair didn’t cause the driver any concerns, which was nice.
