Enjoy a 4 hour Cozumel land and sea adventure. The excitement starts when you hop on your ATV in the local town of El Cedral, cover 8.5 miles (14km) of off road tracks, explore ancient Mayan caves, a Cenote (sink hole) and a small Mayan ruin. Included is a refreshing Playa Uvas beach break!

You’ll be picked up from downtown Cozumel and taken to the local town of El Cedral. This is where your beach and jungle ATV adventure begins. Decide to drive solo or join your companion on the ATV. Travel along lush green jungle while visiting ancient Mayan sites including undergournd caves, sink holes and Mayan ruins. Return back to El Cedral on your ATV after the exciting discoveries.

From El Cedral, the adventure continues. You’ll be taken via minibus to Playa Uvas Beach Club to relax and take advantage of all the facilities. The 45 minute beach break will give you plenty of time to snorkel and lunch can be enjoyed at the local restaurant and bar (at own expense).

You must be minimum 16 years of age and have a valid drivers license to operate the ATVs. Children under 16 years can ride with the driver.

While in Cabo, we had a couple days of rain and looked outside the water for fun. We were initially sceptical of a group ride, but this turned out to be a blast! The operator picked us up on time and took us to their facility outside the city where we were outfitted with an ATV, bandanna and courage. Although we joined a group of about 15, we only had to stay together when moving from the facility to the plains and beach. We did some techniques and exploring together then had about an hour on our own in a valley then on the ocean sand. I had never been on an ATV before and didn’t realize how much fun and fast they were. The operation seemed very well run and the staff gave a thorough safety briefing and was attentive throughout the tour, helping any time we needed it.

We had a fantastic day – didn’t want it to stop. It was over far too fast – you may think 50 miles in a day isn’t a lot, but believe me you just eat up the miles without knowing it. The instructor was brilliant and made sure we all enjoyed ourselves. He looked after us and the bikes and told us the best places to eat. Really I cannot find fault maybe except that it could have been longer. Two of our group had never been on ATV’s before and they found it really easy. The other two had been and they still thoroughly enjoyed it. I will book again next time I go to Las Vegas.

This was so much fun. I was a beginner so I was pretty nervous but the instructor was so helpful and really new his stuff. We started out with a quick lesson on the most important things about diving and then we did training in shallow water. But once we did that and started diving I was hooked. It was so awesome to be all the way at the bottom of the ocean! However one word of caution. The instructor never warned of anything to look out for and so I ended up getting stung by a fire coral, not so much fun.
